The organization of our company has Administration, R&D, Sales, Production Arrangement, Quality Management, Machinery and Assembling & Packing Department. SHUH DEAN holds various professional pre-job and on-the-job trainings for all members; therefore each product has been supervised, controlled and detailed checked, tested by precise computers and machines. With the inspection and testing by precise digital devices, the Total Quality Management can be enforced from assembly to shipping of the production to ensure the excellence and stability of quality.
In the Machinery Dept., there are more than thirty professional machines, such as “AUTOMATIC PRESS” and “AUTOMATIC CUTTING-OFF MACHINE”. The Formed-saw blade has the high quality and stability to selec the traditional hand-made one. The triple-bevel teeth saw blades are produced by our File Teeth Department with advanced computer control machines for more professional and more excellent quality.
For these years we are grateful for our global customers’ support and suggestion. In business volume, there are 60% exported to Europe and others are to America and Japan. The future exporting market will be concentrated on the America area, and expect the growth of 10%.
